Congratulations!

I have all their tutorials very good job. Thank you!

A joke.

Its a joke. I downloaded the Tutorial which I did not watch a lot in the first place because it seemed already outdated last year. But all the changes which took place with the Final Cut Pro X updates 10.0.3 and especially 10.0.6. inbetween are not noticed. I am not angry, but I find this is quite funny.

A great tutorial

As a professional film maker and a teacher of film making I was, at first, appalled with Apples update to Final Cut. I knew it had some "glitzy" features, but I had a hard time figuring out how to do a lot of the normal things I was used to in previous Final Cut versions. I literally thought that many standard functions were unavailable until I bought this tutorial set. Over the last few days my eyes have been opened to how well FCPX will work for me. Not all of my questions have been answered, but I certainly feel much more comfortable with this version of Final Cut. The tutorials were well presented and (more or less) in an order that enabled easy learning. The instructor presents in a concise and timely manner. I would recommend this tutorial series to anyone having problems getting converted to FCPX.

TUTOR FINAL CUT PRO X

GREAT APP

Great beginner tutorial and reference

Nicely presented material that covers the basics. Good starting point for those just getting into FCP X and really nice to have on hand for occasional users needing to refer back after having not used FCP X for a while. Incredible bargain.

Another terrific program from Noteboom!

Noteboom has done it again. This program just makes Final Cut Pro come to life and so easy to understand. I would buy in a heartbeat anything Noteboom puts out. Dan just ascribes to such excellence in teaching, and it clearly shows in the quality of his work. You can absolutely trust that his programs will be first class. I have found nothing better in the form of training.

Does not work!

I have a new Macbook Air and a Mac Pro running Lion and both have all recent software updates and none of the tutorials play at all.

Excellent App

Are you are like myself happy with iMovie and wondering if Finalcut X allows you to do more ? How hard is it? Afarid to drop $400 USD and findout it is another Photoshp not for mortals? This is a great app to see the FinalCut in use, comapre it to iMovie and answer the questions for yourself. The trial from Apple is available too, so you can play with it. This app is a great tutorial and step by step. Bottom line highly recommend it . I have the iMovie, iPhoto apps from them also so I suspected it would be a big help and indeed it.

Good Tutorial

Really Helpful to get you started on Final Cut Pro X. Teaches all the basics pretty clearly.

Great, easy intro to Final Cut Pro X

Well-paced, easy-to-follow tuition suitable for people starting out with FCP X. Helpful lessons that walk you through step-by-step and show great examples throughout. Lots for everyone here, including people coming to FCP X from iMove 11. Very nice job. It was a little annoying having to go in and out of full screen mode each time to select the next module, and an option to "Play all" would be nice. But overall this was a great set of training at a fair price. A note to Noteboom productions: this was a great FCP 101, now Id love to see a follow on set of lessons to do FCP 201 and beyond. Ditto for Motion 5. Ill look forward to it!

What a gem at $4.99!

Videos very well made. Instructions very easy to follow. What a bargain for a quality product! Cant wait for the update for multicam instructions.

Typical Quality Tutor

I enjoyed this app with the same enthusiasm as I did with the other Noteboom tutors..Well presented, easy to follow and I got going asap with the projects.. HOWEVER, this app has to be released for iPad as well.. Keep in mind that these kind of tutors are an ideal app for the iPad. I have the iPad with me whilst I am working on the FCPX or earlier on the Imovie11 or iPhoto11.. Keep up the good work..This is indeed exceeding my expectations for the amount of money...!!!

Very good start to learning the program

This is a great way to learn the basics of the program, and how to do many of the most used features of the Final Cut Pro App. i highly recommend it.

Super App!

Im very familair with iMovie but decided I had to make the leap to FCP. This app is so incredibily helpful! Very organized, well written and demonstrated. Anyone venturing into FCP would do well to download this and let it walk you through all the topics. Best $4.99 Ive ever spent in the App Store!!

VERY BASIC - AWFUL NARRATOR VOICE

This is a VERY simple introduction to FCPX that BARELY covers the basics and the narrator sounds AWFUL - very condescending. I really cant even listen to him anymore. Seriously he sounds worse than you might imagine. After watching the entire tutorial I have many more questions than there are answers to be found in this thing. A real disappointment.

awesome tutor for final cut pro x

love tutor for final cut pro x, very usefull easy to understand i learn a lot with this tutorial , it help me so much thanks for the great tutorial i gave 5 stars to this awesome app

Excellent tutor without ripping off for each tiny section!!

I like that it is well paced, well explained and takes you through all the necessary section needed to learn Final Cut PRO without costing an arm for each small section. Its all here!!. Now what I would like to see is one for Motion and how it can be inrelaced with Final Cut Pro.

iMovie Pro

This is a good starter for graduating from iMovie. Basically useless for the pro user coming from FCP7.

Simple, basic introduction..

Well…whaddaya want for $5, eh?? This is fine for absolute novices to get the basic lay of the land. Theres a whole lot of heres a button, and it does xx", but not a lot of why" you want to use it.. Id love a little more actualy workflow tips and detailed specifics, but this isnt that kind of video. More details about different frame rates and video sizes and what FCP does to them. But..that stuff is for more detailed tutorials (like the MacProVideo stuff). Given that, this is still great for $5 and dipping your toes into FCPX to get the lay of the land and explanation of some of the potential for what it can do. one gripe…this whole video could have used a quick audio post-production pass. Theres some obvious edits in the VO track, the announcers breathing, and numorous low frequency pops and rumble. Really obvious on good studio speakers and headphone..not so much on a laptop :) all in all 4 stars and a really nice, simple, clean intro to FCPx.

Easy to follow. To the Point and well worth the price

Ive bought two books on FCP X and was not impressed by them. They were too diffucult to follow but they had more content. This tutorial is good for introducing the basics. If the author can come up with a more advanced tutorial then that would just great.
